I started my journey from Kashmiri Gate , Delhi at 8pm and reached Dehradun, Uttarakhand, in Midnight. I enjoyed spending time there, till sunrise. Then I met my friends in Dehradun who were studying there for IAS. We planned a one day trip to Mussoorie. Dehradun is one of the beautiful city I had ever visited in my life, it's only because of Mussoorie. Mussoorie is a hill station and a municipal board in the Dehradun District of the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand. Mussoorie situated in 290 km north from the national capital of New Delhi. This hill station, situated in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayan ranges, is also known as the Queen of the Hills. It is one of the highest rain receiving areas of North India. We went to the Kempty falls from Dehradun by bus. The whole waterfall area surrounded by shops and encroachments which destroys its natural beauty.
