Day 1 - Leh:
On arrival in Leh airport you will be driven to Ladakh Sarai. A warm welcome awaits you, followed by your breakfast and brief introduction to the days ahead. Advised rest till lunch. Post lunch we will go for a light walk around the village followed by meditation on the hillock that faces the Stok Kangri and the Stok range. As you meditate to the fresh air in your lungs, you will get this utter sense of serenity. Dinner is followed.
Day 2 - Leh:
Our morning starts with a warm glass of ginger-lemon-honey tea, followed by Yoga and meditation for 45 minutes. Followed by breakfast. We will drive to Thiksey monastery and Shey Palace. Return to Ladakh Sarai for lunch. 2 hours rest followed by sightseeing to Shanti Stupa and market. Evening yoga and meditation at the hotel.
Day 3 - Leh:
Again a fresh start to the morning with warm cup of ginger-lemon-honey, followed by yoga and meditation. Breakfast. After breakfast we will drive to Hemis monastery, Hemis is the headquarter of Drukpa lineage of Tibetan Buddhism in Ladakh and the largest monastic institution. From here we will drive to Khaspang. Khaspang, a beautiful valley where there’s small community of yogis who live and practice a kind of tantric meditation that was practiced in ancient Tibet by great yogis like Milarepa, Naropa. Chance to interact this amazing yogis, lunch at the Khaspang. Evening return to hotel.
Day 4 - Leh – Nubra over Khardung la:
A fresh start to the morning with a warm glass of ginger-lemon-honey, followed by an hour of yoga and meditation. Breakfast. Start our journey to Nubra valley. After winding and bumpy ride up the Khardunglha pass, enjoy the spectacular view of the surrounding mountain ranges. From here one can bike down until Khalsar, 25 kilometres. Our lunch would be en-route. On arrival in Hundar, there will be an hour of free time. Followed by gentle walk around the village or MTB(mountain bike ) to the sand dune. If the weather permits, one can meditate among the sand dune. Overnight in Hundar.
Day 5 - Hundar – Diskit – Khardung la – Leh:
Start the day with sun salutation and a fresh bout of oxygen in your lungs. Breakfast. Start our journey back to Leh, visit the Diskit monastery and than drive to Khardung lha. MTB down the Khardunglha pass. Lunch at the hotel. Evening yoga and meditation.
Day 6 - Leh – Pangong Lake over Changlha pass:
Cleanse with steaming cup of herbal tea or ginger lemon honey, followed by an hour of yoga. Breakfast and than drive on to Pangong via Changlha pass-17,350 ft. One can bike down from Changlha to Durbook village- approximately 40 kilometres. Lunch will be en-route. On arrival at the spectacular Pangong lake , we will check in at the camps located in serene Maan village. Evening yoga on the shore of lake. Catch the final sunset on the lake. Overnight at Pangong.
Day 7 - Pangong:
A steaming cup of herbal tea will be followed with an hour of yoga at the lake. Breakfast and than we will bike to Merak village, 10 kilometres. Enjoy the thrill of mountain biking at 14500 ft. Our jeep follow us with tea and cookies. At Merak we will have our lunch by the lake, followed by horse riding. Evening silent walk around the lake or optional rest at the camp.
Day 8 - Pangong:
A steaming cup of herbal tea will be followed with an hour of yoga at the lake. Breakfast and than we will bike to Merak village, 10 kilometres. Enjoy the thrill of mountain biking at 14500 ft. Our jeep follow us with tea and cookies. At Merak we will have our lunch by the lake , followed by horse riding. Evening walk around the lake or optional rest at the camp.
Day 9 - Pangong – Leh:
Refreshing cup of herbal tea or Ginger Lemon honey, followed by yoga and meditation at the lakeside. Breakfast. After breakfast one can bike up to Spangmik along the lake for 10 kilometres and than hop on to the car and drive back to Leh. Picnic lunch on the way. Evening free to explore the market. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 10 - Leh – Delhi:
A quick breakfast and than drive to airport to catch your flight to Delhi.

Pangong: 3 nights at a Luxury Camp
Leh: 1 night at a Deluxe Guest house
