PIN PARWATI PASS TREK ( parvati valley - spiti valley - 8-9 days - approx 100kms trek)

The beauty of this trek is that it starts from parvati valley, one of the most beautiful valley in himachal, and ends up in spiti valley, kaza. Its actually an alternate route to spiti valley explored in 1884 . Its a complete stuff, like crossing apple orchids, hot water spring at kheer ganga, alpine meadows, make shift bridges and ofcourse, you will snow walk for miles to cross 5300 Mtr and set camps at gorgeous places like mantalai lake and enter in completely new mages tic spiti valley.

Its a 8-9 days trek and will cover approx 100 km.

There are many adventure companies offering packages for this trek. Through them it will cost 18000 (if you have group) to 25000 (if don't have group). In any way they will go in a group of min 10-15 people.

Plan: - I'm a solo trekker. I'm camping and trekking from past 8 years. This trek require a guide and porters. I'm wondering if 3 more people can join in. Idea is, we four people can hire a guide and 2-3 porter. This way it will cost only 8000-10000 (per day cost - guide(2000 Rs max) + 3 porter (500 Rs *3 = 1500), plus in that case it will not be a luxurious trip. We need to carry some language and provide help in bedding and cooking if required.

Also 10-15 people group is too much. This way, its like solitude and peace. I stay in bangalore and had done my flight bookings already to delhi. In any case i will be reaching delhi on 2nd sept morning and will catch bus for bhuntar (manali bus) in evening. So next morning, that is, 3rd sept (sat) will start trekking and first stoppage will be kheer ganga. If anyone share the same love and interested can contact me. I can make the arrangements of guide and porter if everyone will be okay with that. Or else, if other has better contact m completely okay with that. Also, since this trek ends in kaza, i have plan to go to chandratal later and camp there for a night, while heading back to manali.

So that's it. Surf about this trek and ping me back if interested.
