The day I was left lavender-eyed #mydiscovery

One of the things on my bucketlist was to visit a lavender farm and soon.I have always been enamoured by the color and rows and rows of lavender in one place,well I just wanted to go there.

Luckily this time around my travel plans could help me complete my heart's desire.The lavender farms are accessible from end June to end July in United Kingdom.I found one in Sevenoaks ,a place called The Hop Shop .It was hardly a half an hour drive from where I was staying .

As you near the end of your drive you can see rows and rows of lavender columns and oh my is that a sight to behold ! The sight was breathtaking.

We got down and took a stroll through the fields .The people at The Hop Shop have put up a bench in the field from where you can take some amazing pictures.Dont miss the chance if you are planning to go there next .

Also they have a shop there where they sell lot of things that include lavender in them .I tried out the lavender ice cream ,lavender cookies and a lemonade that had lavender in it .All In all it was a very successful day and we had a great time .
