After 7 hour journey from New Delhi to Dehradun bustation at 5 am we moved towards Dehradoon railway station for our pickup of trek guide, as we were a little early no trek mates have arrived arrived till now.As we sip our tea we find that our trek mates are sipping tea beside us. As we head towards out trek starting place Pantwari meanwhile in vehicle we familiarise ourselves with our fellow mates.
As we reach pantwari by 12 pm which took around 3 hours through Mussoorie , we were debrefied about our trek and after half an hour we start our trek which is about 4 km to reach our camp khaitan at 7000.ft by 2 pm.
As we reach camp we stretch our muscles . We play few games up to 5 pm and dinner was served by 7 pm, we go to bed a little early as we have to head start our trek by 4 am for Nag Tibba top.
We woke up around 3 pm to start our trek by 4 am,Temp at night was not that low and we didn’t need sleeping bags for sleeping at night.
As we regroup and flaunt our headlights to walk in dark towards forests.As sun dawns the night sky the experience in the forest has on its own.
As we head we found stream of water for refilling our bottles and again start hiking.
Finally through meadows we reach nag Tibba top, but to against our expectations we found the clouds blocking our view at The summit.
It was unfortunate for us but we enjoyed the trail and the summit didn’t matter that much at that time.
