Day 2 begins by watching the sunrise from Zostel Udaipur Terrace area. This was the day to start exploring places of Udaipur. I decided to start the sightseeing with the most top-rated place of Udaipur - The City Palace. Just 900 metres walk from Zostel, I reached the City palace @ 9am, purchased the entry tickets which will cost you 300 bucks and then took a guide to understand each and every part of the palace. Must visit this palace to experience the architectural styles, providing a panoramic view of the city and its surroundings.

TIP:

1. Do reach the palace @ 9am that’s when the entry starts. You can take amazing photos during this time as late afternoon the palace gets crowded by lot of travellers.

2. Time required to explore the palace is 3 hrs approx., so plan accordingly.

3. if you are getting a guide, make sure you bargain the costs as usually the rates they inform is on a much higher side.
