Qutub Minar is a 73 meter high tower which was buid in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak just after the defeat of Delhi's last Hindu kingdom. the tower is 5 floor high and each floor has a projecting balcony. An inscription over its eastern gate provocatively informs that it was built with material obtained from demolishing '27 Hindu temples'.

Qutub Minar is located in Mehrauli near the Qutub Minar Metro Station. It is open on all days and charges an entry fee of INR 30 for Indian visitors and INR 500 for foreigners.

A 7 m-high iron pillar stands in the courtyard of the mosque. It is said that if you can encircle it with your hands while standing with your back to it your wish will be fulfilled.

Red Fort is a historic fort in Delhi, India. It was the main residence of the Raja's (emperors) of the Mughal dynasty for nearly 200 years, until 1856. It was constructed in 1639 by the fifth Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as the palace of his fortified capital Shahjahanabad.

Baoli , Diwan-i-Khas , Rang Mahal , Mumtaz Mahal , Diwan-i-Aam are the main attractions inside the fort.

It is located in Chandni Chowk and houses a number of museums. In addition to accommodating the emperors and their households, it was the ceremonial and political center of the Mughal state and the setting for events critically impacting the region. It was declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO (a United Nations agency) in 2007
