Baati Chokha has created a lifestyle in the vegetarian theme restaurant and has become an eating destination. Ambiance is astounding right from the entrance. Outside one can see the earthenware pots where the Daal is cooked. Inside you can see the hand chakkis and masala grinding machines. The food and service is excellent for just Rs 250 a Thali which is really a great value for money. The place serves nice baati, sattu paratha, brinjal chokha and typical Bhojpuri food. Met few travellers in Zostel Varanasi and we decided to visit this place for Lunch together which turned out well as this was the best thali having a variety of different food. Must visit place if you are visiting Varanasi.
