📍 Di'krutpi Waterfall, Karbi Anglong, Assam
Karbi Anglong of Assam has some of the most spectacular waterfalls and Di'krutpi Waterfall is one of them.
The waterfall is also known as Pak'longkam or Bheloghat waterfall, located at the Belurghat of Karbi Anglong, Assam. It is known to be the largest waterfall in Karbi Anglong. The best thing about this waterfall is that it falls throughout the year. Therefore one can visit this waterfall at any time of the year.
The area also has a picnic spot below the waterfall. The whole area is very well maintained by the village locals. I found it really clean despite the current crowd and tourist rush.
You can definitely add this beautiful place to your bucket list for small weekend getaways. In case you don't want crowd, avoid visiting this place on weekends or you may visit only after the picnic season is over.
Also if you are planning for picnic with your group, try reaching early for better spots and please don't litter the place and the water. Carry your own waste bags/ garbage bags, collect all your wastes in that bag and dump them properly in the given waste bins or if possible carry your trash back. A kind request.
