Hi, Rann Utsav is from 28th Oct 2019 to 23rd Feb 2020. Choose a full moon night to make the most of it. It is advisable to book your stay in advance due to the rush during New Year Eve.
Hi Abhinav, The average temperature in November is 27°C, while the average low is 23°C (73°F), and the average high is 31°C. The beginning of the month sees a mix of cloudy skies and sunny days, with a slight chance of rain. Here are few suggestions created by real travelers on Tripoto. Please take a look. Thanks!
2 nights are good enough. You can visit Golden Temple & Jallianwala bagh together. Keep 1 evening free if you want to visit the Wagah Border. It'll be very crowded but of course highly recommended. There are many gurudwaras that you can visit, but since you have only 2 nights, focus on the best ones. Food is a delight there. I'm sure you'll have a great time!
Hi Santosh, if you have travelled solo before then explore Spiti all by yourself as it will give you the flexibility to your days and budget. But if you haven’t done solo yet then going with a group is the best bet. There are a number of tour agencies which you can opt for., eg @Spitiecosphere @ Spitiholiday .
Some start from Delhi and some from Shimla/Manali. I traveled with @spitiecosphere last year in September. Choose a local tour agency as they are better in planning the itinerary and you ll get to know their culture better. Hope this info helped.
Have travelling.
