Hello, please check out my trip and itinerary here: https://www.tripoto.com/trip/where-sky-and-sea-meets-andaman-tales-5d2dc5d5c26a6?utm_source=Android_App%26utm_medium=whatsapp You should book ferries in advance to skip standing in long queues but Govt. ferries, I don't think you can book in advance. We booked private ferries in advance. I have given official site link in blog, check out price lists and pictures to get more detailed information. Also, I can help you with itinerary if you need further help.

Gujarat has many places, you first need to decide what you want.
Kutch region is known for white desert, white rann festival happens during that time.
Diu and daman are beach places. Diu would be the better one.
Dang and Saputara are hill station and forest destinations.
Patan and north part has ancient ruins and site.
Gir, somnath etc has wildlife sanctuary and famous temples.
I would suggest you decide first what you want to see.
Buzz me for any further help.
Happy vacay!
Please visit the monsoon palace, it is beautiful. And definitely watch the sunset at Ambrai Ghat.
I am not the greatest fan of JagMandir palace and City Palace. Udaipur is very beautiful, I would suggest you to just roam around the ghatside areas and gallis and be amazed by it's beauty. You can also check out my blog post on Udaipur for detailed itinerary.
Lake Palace - this is on a lake and you must go there.. Lake Pichola - Boating should be done.. Vintage Car Museum, Bagore ki Haveli, Saheliyon ki baari, Moti Magri, Nathdwara - where Pratap and his family used to go to pray, Haldigati - Pratap fought the battle, Ranakpur - famous Jain Temple, Kumbhalgarh Fort... just a few to name...
Hey, it will be safe during trek but you have be alerted about the weather and road conditions before going, and check out my recent posted blog of this trip
By yourself, through packages you don't really get to experience the place you will be travelling like a tourist and according to me that's the worst thing to do. Just read some blogs and plan the trip yourself.
Pondicherry is amazing for 2 days as a solo. On the way you can visit Mahabalipuram and Chennai!
You can refer my blog on Tripoto itinerary on pondicherry " Mini Goa" or Solo Traveller
Now it is a rainy season, and 90% are the chances that you can't roam around ghats as most of them get submerged in river. So if you want to see Varanasi in different perspective, yes, you can go, even I am thinking a lot to go there but unfortunately can't go this year due to other plans.
Ganga Aarti won't stop. If ghats are submerged than they do on the terrace of buildings there. Again repeating, Ganga aarti will always happen, no matter what happen...
Varanasi has its charms in all seasons. You can go and visit the ghats, but they would be flooded with water so you have to be very careful about your footsteps. As far as Aarti is concerned, that never ever stops. so you can easily listen to the Aarti and enjoy the rituals. You must visit the Sarnath and the Benaras University. Hanuman temple is also a tick off in the bucket list. Enjoy your travels to Varanasi and enjoy the rituals. Safe Travels.
Hi, we 2 ( my friend and me) travelled in Oct '18 on thunderbird r. It took 3 days to reach spiti with 3 halt (#narkanda #kalpa #nako). overall expense was 18k but that was closing time and snowfall started. Now a days budget should be 10k each.
Hi vaibhav , i also want to go there and done a lots of inquiry there. best option is to stay in homestay. thats a cheaper and best option . and plan for atleast 7-8 days. and if u dnt mind i would like to join u also if u r comfortable.
Hey! these days there is flood in Brahmaputra river, so most areas of kaziranga national park in Assam and the nearby states are affected. yet for a 8 day itinerary, start with Assam only.
1. Kamakhya Temple: associated with mythological story of Shiv's tandav after death of his first wife Sati, this is a place worth visiting. it opens @8:00Am in morning. if you manage to reach early by afternoon you will finish Darshan and back in case not going for other temples nearby. This is situated in Hill region of Assam capital and hence the way to temple provides a beautiful view of the city Guwahati. After Darshan and lunch, you can go to the Assam state museum, which provides you a glimpse in the rich tribal culture of Assam and a brief of it's history. you need 2hours at least for the museum. then the park just in front of Museum and the war memorial at it's end are also worth a walk. and the market in the surrounding area provides you with good restraunts to eat. For dinner check out the Alfresco cruise dinner, may be its not open because of floods. buy if its there, conclude your day with a experience of local music, dance, sunset on Brahamputr River. Day2: start early from Guwahati for Shillong, and include a meal on way at Jiva veg as well as a visit to the umroi/barapani lake. the road on this route is in itself a trip, with mesmerizing scenic beauty and as its monsoon season, you will get to see a lot variety of flowers on way. The Barapani lake is a beautiful and vast lake where some water sports facilities are also there. enjoy your time with the waves from lake and between the scenic beauty surrounding it. you will reach Shillong quite in time as its 3hour drive from Guwahati to Shillong, including your halt at Jiva and Umroi, you might be here 3 in afternoon, go to police bazaar book some decent room for your stay and here if you want to go for a pocket friendly trip or luxury, can book Meghalaya tourism bus seat or taxi respectively in front of MTC bus stand in POlice Bazaar (PB) here. after that enjoy a walk through the local market and According to your energy level can go for rest to saving yourself for coming days. Also get passes of permission from Air Force for Shillong peak for next day.
