Day 1

Taking a plunge back in travel memories, as of now in Corona breakout there is no other option to soothe a wandering soul😇.
So this is throwback to, when instead of staying one more day in Manali, after completion of Spiti trip, I decided to go around and pay my visit to Manikaran Saheb🙏 and explore Kasol.
To my surprise and soney pe suhaaga moment, found one of my friend is wrapping up from shoot, and camping beside Parvati river in Kasol, that evening..
Planned to spend my day at Manikaran saheb and evening camping scenes with friends.
Sorted for that one day🤘making best out of, after trip shenanigans.

Started early in the morning, after breakfast and checking out from zostel Manali, to catch a HP state tourism bus to Kasol. Took around 2 and half hours to reach kasol. Reached at campsite, paravati river gushing beside, was calming my soul.. kept my bags, and immediately got on a bus to Manikaran saheb, after checking it was 4kms upway, only to find out there is a 2kms jam across that road, hence started walking up, by the time felt really hungry, as soon as I reached, straighaway head to had langar, I am always amazed at the food distribution management at gurudwaras, respect 🙏 never saw and had langar at that vast span and level, Gratitude always, for God always looks after that you are fed.
Wahey Guru😇
amazed to find out that the rice were boiled in the water of hot spring in the premise.
Sat for a while soaked the good vibrations in Gurudwara, and left to be back a camp, to find my friend and tea waiting there 😌.
After catching up and chit chatting, decided to Stroll across Kasol streets ( they say it has got too commercial,it's no more the same, which used to be earlier).
We walked up to have some authentic dinner, came across Morrison cafe, to find they were not serving due to renovation🙄 Nonetheless camp had great range of barbecued meal and bonfire, sitting across bonfire in that cold evening was a bliss, and when the fire went out, gazed at the stars🌌and galaxies in the clear blackout sky.
Beauty of mountains and a river flowing across, is the most soul soothing experience, fills you with unexplainable content.
(That's why as a kid most of us as kids used to draw that scenery with mountains, and river flowing down, with a sun beaming up🌄 and a bird's here and there😄)
After having breakfast beside the river gushing by, was thinking there can't be any best experience of that extra day, than this. With that thought again hopped on a bus to Chandigarh and had flight next day to be back busy work life. Although I had been charged enough to face it. I know right!
