It was a pre planned trip. Me, along with my cousins and friends planned this road trip to jot, Chamba, HP. The day was a in a mood to have showers. The sun was hiding behind the clouds. There were chances of rain. But it was a pleasant day. We started from SADWAN KHAS, HP at around 1100 hours. It took us around 3 hours to reach jot. There was a lot of snow. So we had to park our bikes 2km far from the actual destination. Then we trekked all the way up to the snow covered road. The most beautiful thing about this place is that it does not have much tourists as this place is isolated in winters and the roads to reach here are pretty scary and tough for a newbee. Finally we reached at the top. It was all covered with snow. The Bollywood movie 'GADAR' was shot here. We spend around 4 hours there. And then trekked further down to have the famous CHAMBA BARFI. A man there makes tasty barfi. It was utterly delicious. During all these events we clicked pictures. It was my first trip to the snow area. It was spellbound. The time we left the place it was already 1800 hours. The sun was like taking a bath in the mountains. The sky turned red and orange. The view was just AMAZING.
