A beautiful yet memorable trip to Sammed Shikharji (Parasnath Jharkhand). It is located in Parasnath Hills with a total trek of almost 30 KM having 24 Jain tirthanker.
We started from Rajasthan Jaipur and only 2 Trains are available, took the train at 4.50 AM from Jaipur and reached Parasnath by 23.30 PM.
From Parasnath took the taxi to the Parasnath Hills which costs Rs 700 for Van and stayed at Beas Panthi.
Took rest for the day and visited Jain Temples which were nearby, also collected Torch , Socks and other accessories needed furing the trek and started the Vandana at 2 AM midnight next day. The total trek was without shoes.
For Lunch and dinner we used the Jain Bhojnalya where we served with the light and good food.
All were ready by 1.30 AM we started to trek the Hills at 2 PM. At starting everything was normal and felling great, slowly we all start getting tored after 5KM trek since the trek was difficult and slope was steep.
We treked for 8KM to chopta tonk at 5 AM and took break for 5-10 min and have some tea.
Heavy Rain started during the journey but we didn't stopped and continue to the vandana.
Awesome weather it was with rains and wind.We visited all the 24 Tirthanker and reached the top at 12.30 PM to Parasnath Tonk. After darshan come back and had Kadha and started to come back from Trek. Parasnath hill took almost 22 KM trek and we need to still go 9KM come down. Come back in evening by 3.30 PM and took hot water for legs and rested for the day.
We visited the rest Temples for the day and took the return Train at Night 3.50 AM from Parasnath station and reached Jaipur back.
Ultimate trip with beautiful view and the hills surrounded by Clouds with the most difficult trek.
