Also known as Takshi is the border village of India and located on the LoC of India-Pakistan.
We started from Hunder and it was around 4 hour ride to turtuk, approximately 100+ km on our bikes. Right after the relaxed lunch, we headed towards tyakshi and from there it's a few kms (~4) trek to reach the indo-pak border via this beautiful village Tyakshi. I noticed lot of people skipping the trek but I personally recommend everyone to walk through the village and one will see the purest hearts out there. It's so hard to describe such a wonderful experience of walking through this village.
"In the end, it's all worth it" is what I literally experienced. We got a chance to sit with the localites and listen to the true border stories and ofcourse the struggles they go through. Finally the hardest part of the day was calling it off and saying goodbyes to them.
I'd personally recommend each and everyone to visit this place atleast once and try to spend more than half a day there and trust me you will have an amazing memories for life and you will get to know the true stories and facts too.
Finally we came back to Hunder for the night stay at our camping site.
