Day 2

Next day the adventure start from leh to nubra valley via khardung la pass world highest motorable road.
Enchanting landscapes on the road will give you a sense of satisfaction. Roads are in good condition, you will find army medical camps on the way where you can take emergency treatment in case if it's needed and the India army soldiers and doctor are very supportive. If you are traveling with a group in car or a big Traveller then  must carry an oxygen cylinder which you can rent in leh for 500 Indian rupees for 1 day. An oxygen cylinder can last for 8-10 hours (continuous use).

Day 3

On day three nubra valley to pangong via shyok village (6 hours drive). The roads are good but in midway there is water crossing, you have To be Lucky enough to successfully cover this route. Ask the local driver about the road conditions before leaving. After reaching pangong lake spend sometime here or one can stay at the camps.

Day 1

If you are traveling by air to leh one day rest is recommended  before you start your adventure as your body needs to settle in high altitude. Though the journey by road from Manali to leh or Srinagar to leh will automatically mix you up with the conditions but not for everyone, even army doctors recommend one day rest. Accurate mountains sickness AMS is real don't take chances.

Inner line permit would be required for visiting some place which can be obtained online using this link http://lahdclehpermit.in/ , For making payment you have to take printout of the application and reach
Leh TIC Office, Opposite J&K Bank
Main Market, Leh.

Taxi Traveller drivers will take permit themselves.

List of places which requires inner line permit are Nubra valley, Khardung La, Pangong Tso, Tso Moriri, Dah, Hanu Villages, Man, Merak, Nyoma, Loma Bend, Turtuk, Tyakshi, Chusul, Hanle, Digger La, Tangyar (for trekking only). Make sure you get  permit one day before you start adventure.

Day 2

Beautiful landscapes will delight your soul. Plain land of nubra Valley gives a wide view of mountains.
Cold desert in hunder village and Camel Safari on double humps camel watching golden hour is perfect a evening plan.

Day 3

Pangong Tso to leh via Changla pass world's second highest pass will take 5-6 hours  so plan as you can reach leh by end of the evening. Road is not very good when you go up to Changla pass and the environment conditions are extreme then khardung la.

After you pass Changla roads are better, mid way you will find Shakti village, top view is amazing. Green fields covered by mountains this village look very prosperous. Road is best you can have in ladakh and one can cover Shakti village to leh 50km in 1 hours.

Day 4

Day four leh
Mall road Leh market is a nice place to hang out,  shopping and food. Lots of kashmiri and ladakhi handicraft shops to  explore.

Same day Shanti stupa, leh town , leh hall of fame, magnetic hill, zanskar sangam and other top view points and monasteries can be covered.

Day 5

Since day 5 was 15th August India's independence day we went to see parade ceremony at Polo ground in leh.
School children, security force and other ngo's took part in the event and it was delightful.

Between the ceremony we have to leave to take our flight form leh airport.

The Budget of trip depends upon your choice of luxury.
Hotel in leh can be found from 500 per day to 10k.
Taxi Traveller cost is pre decided by taxi Union as per car model and available on there website.

In the end all want well and memories we have of leh ladakh will remain forever.
