Day 6

The next day we went for early morning walk at Varkala beach. Weather was awesome in mng. People were running at beach, some were doing yoga, meditation, walking. Morning walk at beach side was an so soothing.

Then after breakfast we left for Poovar, which was our last destination of the trip. We reached poovar in afternoon. We have booked Isola Di Coco there was staying, which was a beautiful property. At Poovar you cannot roam around like in Varkala. There are not much places to visit there. For a day stay in Poovar is ok , you can explore the property in which you are staying.

There was backwaters in between resort and beach there. So for reaching beach, you have to take a boat from your resort. They will charge you Rs 100 for every trip. The beaches at poovar are also not that great. So stay at poovar was ok ok.

For transiting from one place to another, you have to book a cab which will cost you somewhere in between 3-5k, if hotels booking are done in advance then you can save a lot of money and will be able to book good hotels.

Personally I love Varkala the most out of all places.  Lovely quite and amazing place.
