A Run to Rann Utsav

Ranna utsav: It is a festival of Rann of kutch from november to feb a permanent establishment in Rann of Kutch organise this camping site. Here you can do camp with your families this is not just ordinary camping this one is like a luxury stay. You could have camps with AC in built room double bed or all the luxury that you could enjoy in good hotel room will be available. Metaphorically if simple camping is a passenger train than this is like Maharaja Express. Tents are available from starting 8500/ per person per day which includes three meals (which surved as buffet), site seeing, different kinds of games or activities available in camping site, all travelling in the site, pick and drop from Railway station, Airport or Bus Stand of Bujh (which have large tents which is used as a waiting room also) there are many rides like glider and quad bike for which you have to pay

Rann of Kutch also known as white desert is literally a white desert not because of snow but becoz of the salt. When we are standing over that large piece of land then we are standing at the bottom of a sea the difference is only that this doesnot have water in it. Due to change in geography the sea which is part of kutch slowly vapourised leaving behind alll the salt that it contain which cover the whole area giving it a look of white desert. the mesmerizing view of sunset along the never ending horizon is a must watch.

Those who like adventure and can enjoy a ride could go for the glider, camel ride is must to reach a good spot for watching sunset you could take your cars too. the area is under the security of BSF you could go to some extent only.You have to be back before the dark as after it BSF wont allow you to wander around.
