Nag Tibba is one of the most accessible trek through out the year and a perfect weekend getaway for the Hike lovers who find it difficult to shuffle time between work & leisure.
Nag Tibba happened to me when I was a amateur Hiker, to start with my new found zest for hiking I did my ground research on top weekend treks and Nag Tibba topped the list.
Nag Tibba Trek is great for fit beginners who are keen to take their first trek with a mix of easy walk & steep slopes.
One can straight take a bus from Dehradun to Pantwari which is 4 hr bus ride, Pantwari is the embarking point for Nag Tibba & it takes between 5-6hrs to reach the base camp, the very next day we leave for Nag Tibba peak (it's a distance of 5Km which takes approximately 3 hrs for through & forth) from the peak one can get a birds eye view of Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, Srikanth, Black peak. It was a cloudy day so I was in luck for those magnificent views. Evening should be enjoyed into the camps around Bonfire. The very next day early morning post breakfast we make our descent to Auntar Village crossing rich flora.
Nag Tibba is a experience to have for every nature lover.
