Chuddhar one of my first trekking officially, why officially because i was studying in Solan(Himachal pradesd), and himachal are full of trekking, before that i went to some small hiking near my places, but this long trekking which 18km trekking from naunadhar, a small town in solan from where the trekking start. I was studying my Btech in solan and this trekking was the nearest from my college. like whenever we get time and lil money we just go for chudhar trekking. I saw every weather of chudhar, from winter snow to April summer, from rainy season to clear sky where u can enjoy the milky way view. one of the starting trek in himachal and easy to go. The journey coast will be 500rs per person if you are going from solan. you can easily find the buses upto naunadhar from solan from where the trekking will start. once you reach the top u can find the local dharmshala where u can stay and get free food, just u need to pay 5rs per blanket as the temperature will always remain cold, no matter which month you go. the astonishing beauty of chudhar always attrack us so might be this are the reason that i went for chudhar trekking 4 times.
Apart from the beauty of nature u can see the culture of himachal pradesh also beacuse of the old shrigul maharaj temple at the top. with its wooden architecture it diffenetly attract any of the people who go there. well to go to chudhar also there are many ways, from different root, naunadhar is one of the most common root to the chudhar. Its a easy way as the trail are maid so that there is very less chance that you will get lost in the hill. so what waiting plan for the trip.
