Vapi Tourism and Travel Guide

Silvassa, Vapi and Daman make up a 21-km stretch in southern Gujarat. Vapi is majorly an industrial region on the banks of river Damanganga pumped with several cottage industries. It is also the gateway to the neighbouring attractions of Daman and Silvassa. Vapi provides excellent hideouts, diverse and unique in its own ways. If you are fond of forests, head to Silvassa in Dadra, which is only around 15 km away. This former Portuguese colony has beautiful Dutch architecture in the backdrop of lush greenery. Dadra in general, on the other hand, is known for its wildlife, gurgling streams and a telescopic view of mountain ranges. A short drive of 10 km from Vapi will take you to Daman, which is famed for its beautiful coastline. The beach has a number of places where you can enjoy good food and beer, along with a beautiful view of the setting sun over the Arabian Sea. And while you’re at it, don’t miss out on a tour of the colossal Moti Daman Fort on the edge of the coast.
