Landed in Siem reap and took a nap before going for a walk in the evening.. expect the weather to be humid throughout the year
Visited 1000 lingas which was really a great experience.. and we have already booked a cab before reaching there. The cab driver really friendly to suggest a lot of places.. we did a small trekking there and visited the war museum and butterfly park on the way
Angkor wat.. the most beautiful sunrise I have ever seen.. it made me imagine as if the empire was still inside the temple.. we reached there at 7 in the morning as we didn't have plans to visit the sunrise due to the crowd. Fortunately, sunrise happened the moment we reached the spot and it was mesmerizing... We packed the food from the hotel we stayed as we were told not to expect vegetarian food inside Angkor.. we got a two day pass..
We visited banteay srie temple and a small park closeby.. this one is covered by the same pass. U must definitely taste the tender coconut water for dollar 1. Simply amazing.. fair trade village was the additional visit
It was like the resting day after a long walk continuously fir three days. Visited pub street, tasted Cambodian coffee, did shopping in old market
Back to routine!! :)
