Delhi Manali-Leh Srinagar June/July/August

Planning for a roadtrip to Delhi Leh @15000 rs per person on sharing basis.

Day 1: Delhi to Manali. (Night stay in Manali)

Day 2: Leave early in the morning 6 am towards Leh with night stay in either Jispa or Sarchu.

* Manali to Leh total distance is 470 km which will be covered in two days in order to avoid acute mountain sickness due to high altitude.

Day 3: Leave early in the morning from Sarch and arive by evening or night in Leh.

* Due to photography or tea breaks your reaching time from Sarchu to Leh may vary. Once you reach leh take a overnight rest in your hotel.

Day 4: Ealy morning visit the Shanti Stupa. Once done moved to Leh War Memorial where so many army activities are there for you. Visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Drive to Magnetic hill, See picturesque landscapes at Nimmu village. In the evening visit the popular Leh Market.

Day 5: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (the highest motorable road in the world)

Day 6: Leh to Pangong Lake (This site has become famous after the success of 3 idiots). Enroute visit Shey Palace

Day 7: Pangong Lake to Leh. Enroute visit Hemis monastery. Relax for the day / shop at local market.

Day 8: Return route will be Leh - Srinagar with night stay in Srinagar.

Day 9: Srinagar to Delhi.
