Nights in corbett

Nice place to unwind by the river side while still staying very comfortable with all modern facilities. Food at the resort tastes ok and is hygienic. Internet access can be a hassle; best to be disconnected for a couple of days. Lush greens and a gushing river. or a quiet stream depending on when you happen to visit.

It is about an 8 hour drive from Delhi despite being only 255 kms. This is due to a really bad stretch of road [55 kms] between Moradabad and Kashipur. In fact it is all potholes and very little road. i would advise to take detour of 30kms extra rather than being subjected to the bumps on that road.

Best eating point on the road is at Gajrola. where you can find Tadka [Indian] Baskin Robins[Ice cream], KFC/McD/Dominoes [Fast Food] and some novelty stores. There is a pure veg South Indian Restaurant also called Udupi some kms towards corbett from Gajrola.
