Being a Delhi-ite, we have done Jim Corbett a lot- however, this time, we literally found a gem and I can't wait to share so that honestly, you can also explore and find joy in this beautiful place.
This is also a first where, I am actually writing a trip but sticking to the resort only in this writeup, when I zeroed doing on booking this I wanted a place which is complete in itself and which SURPRISES me. This is actually a difficult ask as we felt not many surprises our left when it comes to our dependable Jim Corbett.
And, we were lucky enough to stumble on this while looking at various places to book for stay, and I decided to try this one out. Have to say, best decision ever.
With lot of context given, let me share this oasis of peace, Jim's Jungle resort-perfect for families, kid friendly, group of friends and couples!
The best part, it is very secluded (at Dhela) and when you enter this place, you will be taken aback by the quietness and how beautifully curated the entire place is.
This place is meant for those who needs time away from all the hustle of city, who is okay to NOT have lavish buffets yet enjoy delicious cuisines with the chef's padadi take on them, enjoys privacy and company of their own or their loved ones and of couse all this in the midst of nature.

The place is beautifully maintained and yet, you are given enough touchpoints from which you can enjoy this time with nature.
My favourite were to sit right outside and enjoy our early morning chai with the sound of tress, birds and wind.

Meals were also one of my facourite time, since there was no room service or buffets, there were thought out menus from which you could place order. There were cabbage rolls with cranberry sauce, to panner jalfrezi and rice. Patas in arabiatta to

Non-intrusive service, relaxed atmosphere were again the highlights.

I also took their help in creating a little Anniversary surprise and they told me if I would like a special dinner place created for this. I don't think i have ever done someting so cheesy, but after kids, you kinda grab on any opportunity to make your partner feel a little special (I think it was long due!!!)
So, I took this up, costed me some extra bucks- but it was so worth it.

This place is definetly unique, very different vibes and we loved the entire 2 nights 3 days experience. At the beginning, we did feel that we may get bored- but the more we explored/walk/ talked- we unraveled this place and found our joy! Little expensive (check out the link to see the rates) overall a good splurge on yourself!
We had a young 1.5 yr old kid as well, and it was definitely safe, staff was helpful and he enjoyed this place as well.
