Day 1

Almora is the cultural capital of Kumaon Garhwal. Known for its cultural diversity. Almora was founded in 1568 by Kalyan Chand. According to local tradition, the early inhabitants of Almora were Tewaris.
I visited Almora in three parts.
In my first visit, I covered Jageshwar Mahadev, Chitai Golu Devta, and Kasar Devi.
As in my first visit, I didn't visit Kasar properly, so in my second visit, I covered Kasar Devi first, then Nanda Devi Almora, Almora Market, and Katarmal Surya Mandir.
And, on my third visit, I covered Dol Ashram.
Now I am going to share my experiences with these places.
