Sandakfu trek day 2 : Tumling from Chitre.
The actual trek starts on this day. Many will find it challenging to walk while climbing on small to medium size ridge's and few peaple my have breathing problems if he/she haven't prepared for the trekk by exercises and running. Please keep your body hydrated all the time to avoid muscle cramps and dizziness which comes due to altitude sickness. Also, keep a windcheater handy as some areas can be pretty windy and cold.
