'May you always have shells in your pocket and sand in your shoes.'

And let that 'always' begin right from this moment.

Work from Home is one of the most significant takeaways from the year 2020. It is no dilemma that 'workation' is trending. While the metro cities in India are competing to be leading IT Hub, Goa has become a prime location for enjoying 'work from home.' We all want our Vitamin sea, isn't it!

While catching up on my day at work from a hostel in Goa, I overheard someone talking about this place. I spoke to myself, 'Why does he even go to a Coworking Space!'

And after a week or so, I dropped there unexpectedly.

A 100-year-old Portuguese villa nestled in Anjuna, North Goa. To all the justice one could do to this heritage charm, it is now a coworking space with an in-house cafe where you meet people from all walks of life.

Footwear and worries outside!

As you grab a seat, gaze around to find a techie juggling between odd lines of code and boring meetings, a photographer on the following table styling pictures while someone on the seat next to him is figuring out design plans for a new venture. Leaning on an ottoman, someone writes his research paper's thesis as someone on the other corner is celebrating the event led well last night.

This place is undoubtedly an ecosystem of creative minds.

And if the day feels exhaustive, dive into the sea or maybe fill your soul with a breathtaking sunset from the beach. The best part is, the beach is just 90 secs walk away.

Why do we think of a Coworking Space as the most reliable bet?

1. Not all service providers have a steady network in Goa. Especially Airtel! (I gave up on that)

2. Even if you compensate for a Hostel having a decent WIFI, how do you stop the 'Pawri' gang? Imagine being on a team meeting, and a raucous song gets played in the backdrop! (I have been in that situation. Even more horrifying, it was my joining day in the firm)

3. Are you considering renting an apartment? Oops, sorry to burst your bubble; it will burn your pocket.

For several similar reasons, a Coworking space is a savior.

It is open from 9:30 am - 8 pm on Mon to Sat. Not being bound by time, the place remains accessible for people working till late. However, Sunday is the rest day for all.

The budget is on the more economical side. It is 500 INR per day, which is entirely redeemable in food and includes some hours in the meeting room.
