Search online for a good hotel in Tapovan area or a riverside camp at Neelkanth Road, attend evening 6 PM Aarti at Parmarth Niketan and Triveni Ghat, in daytime, have a dip in Ganges, go for rafting and bungee jumping, visit Beatles Ashram and Neelkanth Temple, visit Neergarh Waterfalls (total 4 days 3 nights are adequate), enjoy food / snacks at Little Buddha Cafe and Freedom Cafe and that is all I feel.
Online facilities are available for Bir billing paragliding packages. You can check with Thrillophilia and Travel triangle. It is better to book in advance so that you can avoid waiting time. Not sure about booking on the spot.
