AnswerWishlistVelas is in Mandangad Taluka in Ratnagiri which is around 230 km away from Mumbai and 200 km drive from Pune. Velas is a coastal town that is famous for beaches, Harihareshwar temple, Bankot fort, and the most promising Turtle Festival. It’s about witnessing the birth of young turtles that hatch from their eggs and slowly crawl into the ocean to start the journey of their life. This festival is also called Olive Ridley Turtle Festival is organized by local villagers. They do so in coordination with an NGO called Sahyadri Nisarg Mitra.

Start with Mahabaleshwar temple
Then on travel to Kudle beach Come back to om beach
Taste some beach cuisine in Himalayan cafe Take rest Evening by 5pm reach om beach then on take a boat to Paradise beach
Stay for a night there tasting some yum seafood and shop for some beach items. Either night you see the lovely coastline else next day morning reach before sunrise Indulge into swimming. Yana caves is 25km away from this beach while Mirjan fort is 10km away. You can club both for a visit. Come back to the city to taste food in namastey cafe at Om beach. Evening you can beach trek to belekan beach, small hell beach, and shop at Gokarna for some souvenirs and must taste is Kallusakkare a sugar candy. This above itinerary I did when I travelled for two days to Gokarna. If your travel is beyond two days you could explore Koti Tirtha

If you would like to do a little offbeat , here's the plan! Stay at Kumta Om bodhi retreat/Silver sand resorts - I'll bet you won't regret your stay in these bunch of resorts which are at Kumta. It is only 20km to Gokarna.. While you stay here , you can explore Mirjan Fort and go to Gokarna via boat from Aghanashini.. They will take you to all famous beaches of Gokarna ,but not to the main temple and all.. If you want to visit main temple , ask them the suggestions as how it could be done These boat riders comes with packages along with water sports , the number will be put up in the banner once you enter any of the resorts !! I have visited Gokarna separately like covering Main temple and the 5 beaches and as well as have done this . The best experience was from Kumta !!!! if you have more time , try to cover both in one shot . It's definitely worth it!

AnswerWishlistYes Spiti valley is much open to travel. However you have to take Shimla route. The weather still is called as winter in Spiti valley in March. There is much snow around. Many days fog descends giving freezing feeling. Kindly carry your woollen wears.

Gokarna is called as beach town of India, which is full of sandy beaches, cool waves, lined palm trees coupled with some mesmerising sunset and sunrise. Till March humidity is less, while from April summer starts. Don't miss visiting Mahabaleshwar temple, Om beach, paradise beach, Kudle, Yana caves, Mirjan fort and sirsi. Beach trekking is very popular besides parasailing and jet skiing. Seafood is popular besides upma and fresh pineapple juices. From mumbai there are flights to Goa, then taje a bus or cab to Gokarna. By train two runs run, Maru Sagar express and Matsyagandha express. Kindly check if they are operational.

Spiti valley is called as Little Tibet of India filled with jaw dropping landscapes, snow covered peaks and awesome lakes. March to June is an ideal time to visit Spiti. Though it is called as Summer months, weather is pleasant around 15 to 20 degree in the mornings, where you can camp, star gaze.

Hi... nupur welll if we talk about accessibility than I will say it's an offbeat place not in exact in mussoorie. it's another 10 to 15 kilometers from main mussoorie. it's close to kempty waterfall. but locations maybe an issue. didn't have person experience about staying there but I saw the location. it's little bit offbeat. though it's close to nature but I think it's in remote area. if you wanna peace & calm place for staying then it's a good choice

AnswerWishlist (1)It takes 16 hours to drive from temple City of Maharashtra- pune to heritage city of Karnataka Mysuru. It is advisable to travel till mysore via Bangalore from Pune by flight, just a mere suggestion though choice is yours.. Mysore being the heritage capital you need three days to explore palaces, lakes and temples. Wayanad is 3 hours away from Mysuru. You could take Nagarhole national park road or Bandipur park route. You need two full days to explore lovely Wayanad. From Wayanad Coorg is 4 hours away..Coorg is a paradise spot of Karnataka where by there is lots and lots to cover atleast four days are required.
