*Delhi - haridwar - Rishikesh*
Day 1 : leave early morning from NDLS by DDN shatabdi.
Get down at Haridwar.
Deposit your heavy bag in registered cloak room outside Haridwar station and don't forget to take cloakroom owners number.
Take a tumtum (₹50-100 per person) to Rishikesh (29 km from haridwar)
Reach Rishikesh by 4 pm
Take a bike on rent (800 rupees 2 nights)
Day 2 : visit in Rishikesh
1) laxman jhula
2) ram jhula
3) ghattu ghat
4) bungee jumping (optional, time bound activity and costs 3500 per person)
Day 3 :wake up early morning and take dip in crystal clear Gangotri river.
River rafting is optional
In afternoon visit bholebaba (shiva) temple.
Beware of haramkhor saints and fake babas
Day 3 afternoon : take at tumtum back to haridwar and reach haridwar by 5 pm anyhow
Day 3 evening : experience the famous holy hindu maha aarti along the haridwar ghats above the crystal clear ganga river.
You are allowed to take a dip in the river.
The aarti lasts till evening
Day 3 midnight : head back to delhi.
