Every time I think about Goa it reminds me the movie Dil Chahta Ta Hain, though the first time I visited there before releasing of Dil Chahta Hain. This trips is about the second time my visit to Goa. My wife and her few friends made a sudden plan for Goa in the year of 2018.

Our plan was, we'll start from South Goa and stay there for 2 nights then we'll go to North Goa and there we'll stay of another 2 nights.

There are many beautiful beaches in south goa. After some research we decided to stay at Agonda beach. The main attraction of this beach is, it is not crowded and there you will get beach front shacks, hotels.

After few hotel research we book New Common Home. There is only two Deluxe Cottage with Sea View in the property and those two are in demand always.

Day 1

We took an evening flight from Bangalore on 5th April 2018 and reach at our hotel at Agonda around 8 pm. There are airport taxis available from airport. It took around INR 2ooo to drop us at our hotel.

My wife and me we had a candle light dinner just in front of the sea, and most important there was no crowd and it was very clam and relaxing environment. The food provided by the hotel was very good. We spent a good quality time far from all the crowd and noise.

Day 2

Next day morning, two friends of my wife joined us in our GOA trip.

We rented two scooty from our hotel @300 per day. We visited Palolem beach (One of the famous beach of South Goa), it was very crowded and we had our lunch there. Then after that we visited Cola beach which is near to Agonda. As we started very late in the morning so we did not had time to visit other places. We came back to the Hotel by the evening and enjoyed the sunset from there.

I liked Agonda very much. It became one of my most favourite place, where I can go as many time I wish.

Day 3

Next day morning we headed towards North Goa. We booked a cab from our hotel. The cab took INR 2000 to drop us to our next hotel Calangute Beach. It was a long Journey from South Goa to North Goa. It took around 6 hours to reach there and may take more or less based on the traffic. In Calangute it was not like how we stayed in Agonda. You can't see sea from your room. The beach is 2 min walk from the Hotel.

We decided to visit Calangute Beach and Baga beach in the evening. Here also we hired 2 scooty, here rates were higher than South Goa. We paid INR 400 for each scooty per day basis.

Both Calangute and Baga beach were crowded and we became very disappointed after seeing the crowd. After that we visited Saturday Night Market and after that we bought some cheap booze and came back to hotel.

Day 4

Next day morning we planned to visit few beaches in North Goa. We visited

1. Anjuna beach

2. Vagatore beach

3. The famous Chapora fort

4. Morjim Beach

5. Ashwem Beach

6. Arambol Beach

These places one chronological order of from south to north. Among these beaches we liked Morjim, Ashwem and Arambol. These beach are similar to the south Goa beaches. And these places were not over crowded like Baga beach and Calangute beach.

There were many places we could not visited them. One more day was required to visit central goa places and some famous church.

HOTEL Review:

1. New Common Home: We liked the hotel very much. The staffs were very helpful and humble. While paying during the checkout there was some network issue, so the amount got debited my account twice. And Next day when we were in North Goa the owner called me and told that he received the amount twice and returned back the extra amount. It was very nice to them that they called and returned the extra amount. Apart from this the rooms were big and clean. Also we liked the food very much. This is not any promotion. We liked the behaviour so I am writing here.

Note: This is about year 2018. Now South Goa also becoming crowded like North Goa.
