You must have heard about Laddakh, every backpacker has heard about it or been there or probably has in his wishlist, but.. yes, there's always a but... it is bit crowded. Where are we backpacks are supposed to go when all we want is less humans and more mountains(more of nature)?
SPITI is the place, it's a place so beautiful that i was so hard to beleive it with naked eyes. Mountains feels like home and so is Spiti because of the nature and friendly people, trust me they are so welcoming that you'll almost feel like home. It has only BSNL network that too only for phone call, it's a heaven for those who want a escape from daily life full of human beings.
World's highest post office, highest village, 2nd highest motorable road and Chichim bridge could be seen here.
What you should expect from spiti? Peace and Beauty at the same time, and yeah no internet.
Must visit villages- Tabo, Nako, Chitkul, Kaza (ki, kibber, lanza, komic, chichim bridge), Chandrataal Lake.

Accommodation- there are variety of options to stay in kaza(centre point for all above villages), from Zostel to fine homestays. I stayed in mahabuddha homestay which was very welcoming.
