In summers it's quite easy to reach, as the vehicle moments is very easy on the well built roads. But in winters you need to be extra cautious as the layers of snow on the roads make the roads slippery, making it hard to grip and so difficult to drive. So plan your trip in winters only if you can drive well or going with a commercial driver. Replacing the vehicle with two wheelers won't help much as the two wheelers skid more than 4x4 vehicles and so it will add on to the risk factor only. So get power packed with winter clothes and drive safely with caution on these slippery places.
