A 200-year-old Colonial Portuguese manor, it is situated on a sprawling 1.5 acre property with fruit trees, flowering bushes, lush lawns and a seasonal lake adding to its natural beauty. The pristine Zuari River is situated in the proximity where guests can indulge in pleasurable boat rides and fishing expeditions.

The homestay is indeed a beautiful amalgamation of original Portuguese structure and modern day requirements of luxury and comfort. It offers excellent year-round natural ventilation and a chance to experience the seasons at close quarters.

The interiors and architecture of Arco Iris are as colorful as its name. It features five spacious rooms in the different colours of the rainbow including Indigo, Orange, Violet, Yellow and Blue rooms.

Free Wi-Fi is enabled all across the property. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, with hot and cold running water supply. The Indigo and Orange rooms are air-conditioned.

You can go anytime of the year but October to March is the best time when the weather is pleasant.

By air: The nearest airport is Air Goa’s Dabolim Airport which is just 32km away. Taxi fares range from ₹1,200 to ₹1,800 depending on the vehicle.

By rail: Madgaon is the nearest railhead at a distance of just 10km.
