Badami... bucketlist place

In north karnataka, Badami is places you should add in bucketlist if you have already visited Hampi.

I will not go in historical details, but what I experience here:
Its two days excursions, as better to avoid midday travel due to hot weather. Target only ealry morning and eve.
You can find autorickshaw easily
Limited stay options, I found Clark Inn, close to main city and badami caves.
Aihole, Pattadakal are places on 1hr drive where you can find many such sites within village
Boothnath temple must be cover two time, morning and evening to enjoy the surrounding with different light effects
Beware from monkeys,  they are everywhere.
