The first day was bit shoking for me as when you just started to leave and some how you got to know that you ticket got cancelled due to heavy rainfall.
Yes you heard right I just reached to the station and and went to inquiry counter to check on which platform my train is arriving and the person who was there stated me all the trains to mumbai got cancelled due to heavy rainfall....my state of mind was in shock for atleast 10 minutes what happened to me.
Because I haven't got any booking cancellation message from railway till the time, I could have figure it out immediately I just rushed to bus stand and ask some passenger for bus to Mumbai and some how I managed to book a ticket for bus online on Redbus app.
So without any further delay I immediately contacted to concerned person and taken all the vital information and rushed to their boarding point . I reached before the time as bus was in the evening.
So in the evening my journey started & around 2 stop in between taken for food and snacks for the passengers. The weather in the night was bit cold and I was literally shivering.
And the next morning when I was crossing Pune it started raining and when I was in between Lonavala it was so beautiful it was like Coorg.
Around 9'O clock in the morning I reached to mumbai and then I met with two of my friends.
The first we spent in mumbai itself by tasting local food and roaming around.
On third day we started our journey to Kalsubai Trek and around in the afternoon we reached to Bari village that was the starting point of trek then we took a kind of a basic room with basic facilities was there because that was very small village and there were no such fancy Hotel available so as per the availability of material we managed. So we spent the evening in the room itself by gazing the beauty of village.
What I experienced on the third day of my journey I witnessed the pure typical village life and that took me more closer to real village life and nature and it was kind of experience that I wanted from my journey.
On the next day we started our Trek in the morning as around 30 min of walk the rain started again and we all are wet completely, then we thought let's continue this way as higher we're climbing the rainfall getting dense and wind also added in it. And we're climbing and climbing and it was getting very windy the wind was blowing around 60kmph and it was not easy to see and climb because the rain was falling staright into our eyes and we're not able to see the path.
Sk I as personally took a halt so as the rain get slower down then I'll move further.
And finally we reached to the top after facing all difficulties there was temple of some Hindu Goddess.
And we spent couple of minutes over there and thought it was worth trekking over here and facing all difficulties.
