So it was just a weekend gate away for me.
Being a travel enthusiast for life i alws seek and search places to go and to spend some time with the mother nature away from the pollution and city cosmos

So just like that working in ANGUL is hectic for sure
So we friends planned for a one day trip to tikarpada which is 60 kms away from the city of angul..
.... Starting from NALCO nagar the NH road is horrible and full of dust
But as we proceed with or jrny and when we left the highway and towards the vally road to the Tikarpada sanctuary the story got a new turn
.
.
So in the morning we started our journey at arround 10:30 3 friends 2 bikes..
Being a solo traveller myslf some times i also njy a good company and to share the experience with someone
So i travelled with 2 other friends
shivkant and Subham 2guys worth travelling with for my whole life.
So our 1st stop was near a small lake just to embrace the bty and to relax aftr we traveled almost 20kms.. and the place turned out to be good and also a place to stop and get some clicks
then almost aftr 20 kms another stop at the entry of the satkosia tiger reserve where u have to get the entry passes worth 40 rs for each person travelling by 2wheelers.
Then it's all ABT
"WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE".
so it's all ABT u going deep in the lap of nature njying the soothing views of the vally and the rice corps getting ripe in the season.
One can find many streams following the travellers by the roads where the tickling sound of water soothe the ears and gives the cheery on ur travelling cake ...
then after aftr 25 kms from the entry gate we reached at our destination TIKARPADA. And the view was splendid mountains jungle and yeah a river in the foothills wat else a traveller needs more than this
but wait for it that's not it
Tikerpada is the biggest "garial" crocodile reserch and breeding center in the estern zone
U can find many "magar" "gharial" crocodiles lying on the riverbank on the sand chilling and getting tanned in the sun😂🥴🥴
As it's the breeding season which started from October and ends in January...
We did not disturb the couples lying naked and chilling
Well i cud see that in their eyes that they are saying "foto khinch rah h? Ghar me maa behen nei h?"😂😂 He he
Jokes apart but it's suggested not to enter the river for bathing purpose boating and sight seeing is cool.
then it was time for fun and getting some clicks along the way
There also provided with a small children's park with slides and seesaws... Well it was fun for us .. yes we are "adults" and we like to play 🤗🤙

Then aftr we returned from the place arround 2 o clock and headed for lunch
Well one can find several "dhabas" and small homely cooking places nearby so u can try any of them i feel every place is good as they don't try to make the food over exotic and u ll find a homely taste with it. And the price is reasonable too. we 3 ate our lunch with 2 thalis of chiken and one veg thali which cost us around 170 rs for all. And we got our food made by our choice and he cooked right away and served...
Even you can use there kitchen to cook by ur own too.. paying 100 bucks at max
Cheap is not it?
Then the heading back... Bfr even i started the trip i planed in my mind that I want to take a bath in any stream or in the river
Well the river plan did not work out aftr seeing the massive crocs .... Yes mera fat gya tha
So we planned to take the dive in the stream we saw and followed in the morning and we made our stop there while returning
And i must say it was a breathtaking and energizing experience
The water was so pure and it was cold well it cud be more but it was fine
after taking a refreshing bath we headed back with all the energy soothing sunlight through the trees and a smooth road the story was well njyed and concluded.
Well it's well said "every road has its own story to tell"... Well this was the road that 3 friends took and this is the story that they lived that Sunday ...
