On Saturday morning around 6:00 am we reach rishikesh bus stand. We freshed up quickly. We have booked bikes from a bike rental company so we called him and he dropped the bike to us. Then around 7:30 we proceed to neelkanth temple. Then we had a great small road trip to neelkanth within 2 hours we reach there. The view was awesome at neelkanth we parked the bikes and walked towards temple. After darshan we have breakfast at neelkanth. Then we start riding back towards rishikesh around 12:00 pm. Between neelkanth and rishikesh there is a waterfall named Patna waterfall we have plant to visit there so around 1 am we reach there. There is a small trek to that water fall we did it and reach at waterfall. Then we had a quick splash and spend some time there. Around 4:00 pm we started to move toward rishikesh. At rishikesh our hotel was booked and we go there and have some rest. Around 7 we see ganga arti at triveni ghat. And then we discovered local market arround triveni ghat.
Arround 10:00 we had dinner and after dinner we decided to have a night ride in rishikesh in the night there is all empty. At 12:00 we got a small dhaba opened we had some hot chai and returned back to our hotel.
We woke arround 7:00 in morning. Then we freshed up had breakfast and start riding towards ram jhula. When we reach there crossing ram jhula was like having a wrestling. There we go to beach area chill out. We have clicks at ghats. We discovered the local market there was lots of wooden show peace shops we buy some gifts for friends. Then we had lunch at choti Wala restaurant a famous local restaurant. Then we move to laxman jhula and have some pictures and spend some time at beach. Around 4:00 we visited Trayambakeshwar temple and have darshan. Trayambakeshwar temple is a 13 story temple it is just next to laxmanjhula. Around laxman jhula there are lots of cool cafes so we went to one the lucky cafe and have some food and spend some time there it's a very nice cafe it's at River side location.
When we went out from the lucky cafe the time was 8:00 pm. We have a bus to Delhi at 10:00 pm so it's time to go back so we packed our luggage from hotel returned the bikes and catch our bus to Delhi. And we spent a great weekend at rishikesh.
