The day started with arriveing at the Udaipur station for Indore an overnight journey of 10hours and finding a hotel to fresh up. We had a day to explore, so I was quick at getting ready for the day. Started the day with exploring the city palace early morning as it was not crowded and we couldn't make good time watching the misterous history of the palace. Having a guide made it easy,he would explain each event and stages over 400 years old history of the palace.
Then we went on the boat ride around lake pichola and had a close view of jagmandir which know a lavish hotel. Lunch on a lake side top view was fantastic,adding to it was the Dal bafla on my stomach. Had a walk to Jagdish temple in the heat and riding on cable rope seat to to of the hill were u get the view of the Udaipur city, walking through the lakes was great experience.
At last in the evening going through the bagore ki haveli (know a museum) a heritage site. The show organised by the local community was lovely, the culture of Rajasthan , folk dance ,pupet show , traditional plays of lord shiv and Devi Durga and balancing skills of the lady was a once in a Lifetime experience.
