Spiti Valley is a cold desert mountain valley located high in the Himalayas in the north-eastern part of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The name "Spiti" means "The middle land", i.e. the land between Tibet and India and hence it is very close to Tibet border.
Spiti is famous for amongst backpackers, Breathtaking landscapes, nature’s best cinematography, Adventurous trekking trails, it is still not commercial, the far stretched roads with mountains on one side and Spiti river on the other side down below, Rugged mountains, calmness, peacefulness, simplicity and lot more.
