...Of wallflowers and rocky river beds...Part 1

Tripoto

What could be common between flowers that grew on walls in the hills of Kurseong, in the hills of North Bengal and the crystal clear waters of the Unmgot river in Dawki, in the hills of Meghalaya?

This March, I started with a new flash fiction blog series on my website... I call it Trisha's Anecdotes. The latest story is one that talks about resilience in times of hardship.

Please follow the link below to read the story. Hope you enjoy it :-)

Meanwhile, I am happy to add a few pictures from the Kurseong trip. I was there last April. The pictures from Dawki would be coming soon.

Enjoy :-)

I used to call these beauties "wallflowers" :-)

Even as I share the picture story here, nostalgia hits hard. Do I hear the mountains beckon, once again? :-)
