Travel freak always…
DAY1(dec7th)- so excited it's a day has come we suppose to start our journey at 7:15PM from SBC but ? Yes out of 4 of us one she said not coming in last moment because of her personal reasons and we wasted the time in convincing her and we 3 rushed towards railway station in hurry and reached the platform 7:18PM the train was not there in the platform and it was departures on time,yes it's a sad disappointed bad moment we were looking at each other but I don't want to go back dropping this plan and spontaneously I started thinking for the alternatives that is possible to catch the train in other stations and got to know it's not possible because it's weekend and that too Bangalore traffic ok fine let's go in a bus and checked in KSRTC dipo it's tickets are full and also we were in majestic but buses ll starts from satellite and we took auto rickshaw and reached the satellite bus stop and luckily I met my friend(one who helped me to book beach house in kannur) he was heading towards his native (kannur) and I have told him about missed the train he started checking for the buses and I finally decided fine it's ok let's cancelled the trip and I asked him to call the home stay owner to cancel our booking but he has not cancelled our booking instead of that he helped us in getting tickets in a private bus(our extra expenses per person is Rs650) ,yes finally we get into the bus at 10:45PM and reached the kannur by 6:30AM.
DAY2(dec8th)-Actually our check-in time was at 11:30AM because of all problems we have taken a permission with a owner took auto rickshaw and reached the homestay by 7AM .
Yes it was the place SEASHELL HARIS BEACH HOUSE, it's built besides the Adikadalayi beach.And we got a sea view room and we rested till 9AM and we had some bread and jam ,roti with pickle and nice tea from home stay and started roamed in and out of the home stay took some pictures called family members about our safe journey and well relaxed with that beach and Waves sounds…
and ordered only a curd rice because we were brought lot of stuff in our bags ok it was simple lite lunch and we headed towards the beach it's too sunny hot spent some time over there and returned back to room and rested for some time and got ready for that sunset, of course everybody wants to watch that moments and we did it and played for some time with Waves and enjoyed a lot..
And back to room and some chit chat had nice dinner with a Waves sounds and Christmas lights and yes we have to sleep now and early morning have see that sunrise too.
Day3(dec9th)-oh it's already 5:50 we have to reach the beach ASAP because we can't miss that sunrise and we waited till 7:30 and started thinking What's the problem actually may be a weather or it may be a late here or what? so confused and we got sunlight from back side of the home stay , fine no issues let's do some fun till 9AM and had complimentary breakfast
And 10:30AM our check out time and lets pack up .. we had lot of fun over there and peaceful time out of City Life and it's a place for family, group friends,couples or a office outing anybody can have fun and the rooms ,cleanliness , ambience and people who works @ very good.ok let's go somewhere because our train time is at 5PM so planned to visit St. Angelo Fort it's 6KM from our home stay taken auto rickshaw and killed lot of time there and we started and reached kannur railway station by 1:30PM that is 3.5hours before and that the fear of missing the train. So lot of time and visited MRA bakery near railway station and got lots of eatable of Kerala style and had some juice and on time train started we left kannur at 5pm and reached Bangalore at 7:30AM morning dec10th .
It's a lot of ups and downs in the whole journey but we reached the destination and made us feel happy it's all how we make it as a memory it's a much needed break and special thanks to the people for their timely help .
Somewhere we saved money: Booked train tickets instead of bus and carried all most all eatables from our place to avoid the more cost foods in tourist place.
Total expenses:
1.Train fair from Bangalore to kannur 2sides per person Rs.630
2.local travel expenses per person Rs170
3.food,snacks expenses per person Rs650
4.room rent per person 1500
Overall total expenses per person is around 3000
