"You can always build a place, but adding a soul to it is important", says Larissa D'sa - the travel & lifestyle blogger who has recently partnered with David Dsouza, director of Tito’s group, and Anuj Poddar of The Patio and launched 'Oh La La' - a gorgeous boutique restaurant in Siolim.
This place is all about elevating your dining experience while cherishing every moment - and it's one of the first ventures where the famous hospitality names have collaborated with a visual artist, to create a property that is unique.
Being a digital influencer for 10 years, Larissa has always emphasized on positive vibes through her posts - and during our conversation, she mentioned that "Oh La La is all about those good vibes". If you're someone who loves Jazz or Latin music, you'll be in for a treat here.
"Every corner of Oh La La is Insta-worthy, and I've essentially focused on the aesthetics of the place", Larissa added, mentioning how she has looked into the detailing - starting from the name to designing the logo, adding the floral patterns and giant dreamcatchers, the Bali-style swings alongside other elements, that make the place absolutely magical.
Located by the backwaters of the Siolim jetty in North Goa, the restaurant covers a huge area having a community space to host live events, a dance floor where you can tap your feet, a deck that overlooks the river, and private cabanas for your perfect date night. And it just doesn't end there! You can also get on a boat and sail through the mangroves towards the ocean, enjoying the breathtaking views of nature and soaking in the serenity while sipping on champagne!
When it comes to food, the wood-fired pizza and the Mexican spread are something that you must try, as Larissa suggests. There's also a special all-day breakfast menu.
Well, needless to say, you gotta step in to 'Oh La La' for a chic dining experience. Look out for the musical events and cocktail tasting sessions, on their Instagram page, if you happen to be in Goa!
