We started off for Kannur on early morning of 1st of May by car.Kannur,one of a district of Kerala known as the land of Looms and Lores, because of the weaving industry functioning in the district and ritualistic folk arts held in temples. Kannur is famous for its pristine beaches, Theyyam (its native performing art), and its handloom industry.We reached there afternoon around 4 o'clock after 9 hours drives.We knew that May wouldn't have the greatest weather but hoped that it might at least be relaxing near to sea beach.Seashell resort is a beach side resort.The property having a personal beach.We booked a sea view room.From balcony the view was breathtaking and we were thrilled.We were wrong!Weather was very relaxing and comfortable there.Food was good and we were enjoyed some fresh shellfish ,crab,prawn etc.There is a ayurvedic spa centre.Their services was outstanding with reasonable prices.As it was raining we hadn't explore much more,only relaxed and chilled out sitting on arm chair from our balcony.
