Konni in Pathnamthitta District of Kerala serves homage to rehabilitated and endangered species of elephants (Including new born's). Lush green land famous for dense forest, elephant rehabilitation and elephant training center is approximately 11 kms for the district headquarters. The thick forest that surrounds the rehabilitation center, is now made, as an exploration center for wild animals and vast variety flora. Konni is being now developed as a destination with potential for eco tourism.
