Stressed from studies, tensed because of life drama, I decided to take a break from my boring study routine and plan something exciting with my family!!
Well being a Travel Freak and a passionate photographer, I was seeking for something adventurous and interesting for the weekend!
There then I planned camping and hiking by 'Trek and trails India' to Igatpuri.
So there it began...
As planned according to trek and trails Indias' itinerary we boarded a local train from Mumbai to Kasara and arrived at Kasara station in afternoon, later we were taken to the camp site by their private vehicles.
The evergreen camp site with a huge lake with various watersports made our excitement at its edge!
Soon tents were alloted to us...and we were instructed to take on the life jacket and enjoy the watersports! There it was lake rafting, kayaking, paddle boating, swimming etc.
Kayaking was the best part of it! Being my first ever kayaking experience, a tick to the one from bucket list. Later in the evening we enjoyed bonfire and beautiful music by the lake followed by stargazing. One of the best evening I ever had till date!
Soon After having dinner and relaxing to a bit, We started the trail into the nearby forest area. A trail into the forest on a full moon night was mesmerizing! We finished the trail/hike in the midnight with some exciting Horror Story experience from the trek leaders. That was damn thrilling experience!
The next morning was a surprise one from the trek and trails India!
Riffle shooting and archery... This was never mentioned and was something damn adventurous!!
Returning to home, everyone of us... Had something positive to think and do!
Must say! That weekend was one of the best experience of my life...❤
