At Azote (which means Nitrogen), they are known to make instant ice creams, right in front of you. Undoubtedly this place has become one of the hottest (ironical) hangouts in South Delhi to savour ice creams. The outlet feels like a fancy science lab with dark interiors and blue lights. The ice creams take just a few minutes to be prepared and are offered in unique flavours like Red Velvet Ice cream, Blueberry Ice cream, and Brownie Chocolate chip, served in different interesting mixes. A piece of cake at the bottom, ice cream garnished with brandy snaps and white chocolate costs Rs 200. One can add more White chocolate, which is served in a syringe. They also have muffins, cookies, macaroons and other bakery items, on offer.

Gelato Roma
The first ever Gelato Truck in Delhi, Gelato Roma serves delicious ice creams made with high quality ingredients. Started by an Italian, Gelato Roma is now housed in a small kiosk, near TLR Café, in Hauz Khas Village. Natural Ice Cream
From Mumbai to Delhi, Naturals has been gracefully welcomed by Delhiites. The biggest outlet in Connaught place sees foot fall like no other. In the buzzing lanes of Hauz Khas Village, this cute ice cream parlour serves ice creams with a big heart. Hokey Pokey is famous for serving interesting mix of ice creams, mashed together on a cold stone. Scoops of ice creams are mixed with gracious amounts of toppings of your choice and put in a waffle cone. Either you can make your own mix or opt for one of their combos, but it's happiness all the way. They also serve Sandwiches, Bubbly (Soda+Ice cream) and Slurppy (thick ice cream shakes). One of the prime attractions of Cyber Hub in Gurgaon, Cherry Comet, just like Azote, serves instant ice creams. The interiors are colourful, peppy and very attractive. They have a varied range in their flavours from Banarasi Punch (Paan), Gulaab-e-Litchi (Rose) to Belgian Bolero, Boomerang (Bubblegum) and Horlicks Hustle. They also use liquid nitrogen to make the ice cream, which are ready within a couple of minutes. So walk in with Grannies or kids, there's something for everyone.

Movenpick
Savour the delicious taste of Swiss Ice Creams at Movenpick. Order Maple Walnut, Tiramisu and Swiss Chocolate in a waffle cup and enjoy real walnuts, coffee and oodles of chocolate ganache on top. Haagen Dazs
This place needs no introduction. Immensely popular and highly revered throughout the world, Haagen Dazs ice creams are perfect for any celebration. European Fondue, The Eiffel Tower, Brooklyn Bridge are some of their famous combinations of ice creams coupled with fruits, macaroons, cookies, chocolate garnishes, nuts, waffles and brownies. The outlet at Select City Walk mall is the only Haagen Dazs outlet in Delhi NCR. Their Ice creams are imported and known to contain egg.

Giani’s
With so many outlets in Delhi, Gaini's has seen growth like no other franchise in the capital. Established many years ago in Fateh Puri (Chandni Chowk), Giani's has been known for its Kulfi/Rabri Faluda, relished by many till date. Their ice creams are eggless, creamy and quite yummy. The are the pioneers of Kuch bhi Ice cream. The sinfully amazing Belgian Chocolate ice cream, in my opinion, is the ultimate soul-satisfying drug. Besides ice creams and sundaes, they also serve halwas and pinnies, particularly during winters.

Nirula’s
For any Delhiite, Nirula's is a part of their childhood. Every exam result, birthday or summer holiday, was celebrated at this iconic ice cream parlour. Much before the fancy ice cream parlours came to India, we all fell in love with a mug full of Hot chocolate, Butterscotch ice cream scoops garnished with roasted nuts. 21 Love, Pineapple shake and the gooey Chocolate Chip cookies are some of my favourite delicacies at Nirula's.
Having an ice cream here is more like revisiting the happy memories from childhood.
