One night my friend call me,and he said brother, let's go somewhere in mountains ,
I said ok let's go but where ,he said unexplored place ,then we decided kanatal is best choice to travel because the route of kanatal is cover main tourists places in uttrakhand .
We caught the night train old delhi to dehradun and reached the early morning in dehradun (train details in below ) We were fresh eat something light and then took a scooty on rent one and half day and ask local to route way to mussoorie.
Our first stop is Sikhar fall is 12 KM away from dehradun in way of mussorie
This fall is not on the popular list of the tourist places but it's nice to refresh of your mood
after take bath in sikhar fall and click some pictures we continue our trip to janaral.
Our next stop is Bhata fall.bhata fall is on the way to mussrooie is 1.5 km down to the road
after visiting bhata fall continue our trip the next stop is mussoorie lake .This lake is not get to much attention because of this is very small lake, And the water is dirty . but if you take the trip only mussoorie then surely you visited this lake otherwise you skip this.and one more you can go boating here and some games
Lal tibba is highest point of the mussoorie. There are two ways to reac lal tibba 1.by any vehicle but I'll suggest you only two wheeler because of two Wheeler is comfatabe for you 2.trekking, if you are treking lover so you trek clock tower to lal tibba its 2.5 km terk.
when you reach the lal tibba scenic point you see the clearly himalayan range.there are two cafe in lal tibba the perfect view from the top roof of the cafes one chargbel another one is free only for view to the lal tibba.
And after the lal tibba we continue our journey to kanatal.Kanatal is far from the mussoorie and we are already late from our schedule so we do hurry and headed to kanatal.its almost 7:30pm we took hotel room in between kanatal and chamba. Because of kanatal is very small town so hotel and homestay are very few so we decided to took the hotel in chamba.so the 1st is going to the end some pics from the way of kanatal.
so our first day is over and it's wonderful, the evening vivew of uttrakhand is amazing you never forget the orange sky.
New day start with the stunning view of mountains one more thing morning view in mountain is unbelievable , amazing....
We were freshnup and have breakfast, click some pictures the view from hotel is amazing you see both villages from the hotel Kanatal and Chamba.
We departure approx 10.00 clock our next stop is tehri lake
' Tehri lake'Lake between the mountain" Tehri lake is the biggest lake I ever saw really it's very big and amazing for water sports .We don't spend time here because of we have back dehradun ASAP,because of our train timing so keep in your mind .Next stop is tehri dam
Indias biggest dam tehri dam. Name is enough to make a popular tourist place.the view of the tehri dam is best from the above but no too clearly but you can see why is biggest dam in india .
after tehri dam we forward to our next destination is surkanda devi temple
Surkanda devi temple in way to the dehradun so iam so excited to see the surkanda devi temple because of the view from surkanda devi you can see five cities of uttarakhand 1.dehradun ,2.chakrata, 3.rishikesh, 4. Partap nagar, 5.Chandrebandni
Surkanda devi temple is 1.5 km trek from the road and this trek is too high you see clouds clearly and one more thing ice mountains.and view is mesmerizing .
next stop is library chowk in mussorie. You can see whole mussorie here but too much people there because it's very popular some can decide to won't be long here so click some pictures and back to dehradun.
we are return dehradun at 7:00 clock return the our scooter and went to catch the train.
Cost of the whole two day trip
1.scooter rent=800
2.petrol=450
3.Hotel=600
4.food=600 for the whole cost for two guys .
That's it guys our trip is end. we catch lot of memories and also pictures😂.
