woke up by parvati river in our camp in jari for a long day . we started traveling to the malana dam on vehicle by 1100hrs and reached the dam by 1300 hrs . The road was quiet damged and was closed and has just been opened up . The road ended just at the dam and we have to walk for rest of the way . That is begining of magic valley and you have to go up the stairs by the dam start walking onthe road which is quiet broad but damaged with stones falling from the mountain. Once we start following the road we saw number of small camps where we could stay and eat some food but we did not stop for another hour when the heavy rain started. We stoped at a shop and ate some eggs and rice.then we got some tea and waited till the weather cleared up a bit. we stayed there for an 2 hours or so and then once the rain stopped we started moving. We followed the broad road for a bit and start climbing from the stream towards waichin. The directions were painted on rocks and we started following the arrow.After half hour of steep climbing you could see the waichin village . The village is very famous for its marijuana cultivation and we could clearly see why. There were fields of weed and each plant almost 3 times our size. The weather in the valley is very favourable for weed growth and weed grows naturally here. We reached our camp we started looking for a place to build our camp . We set up our camp around 1800 hrs and we met a guy name Rajat who owns a campsite there. He invited us in his shack he has so we could make some food there in his kitchen intead of outside . A group of people also came in as the weather got a little worse when they were going back to dam so they decided to stay . The shack was really nice he has place for every one to sit and sleep with plenty of bedding and you should stay there if you ever visit waichin.We stayed up and everyone just spend the night having food and talking to each other and sharing our experience . We get to know a lot of people and have a wonderful time .
